Terms & Conditions:
* Orders have to be made at least 5 working days before the event. Any event confirmation / deposit received less than 5 working days before the event are subjected to 10% price increment.
* Order confirmation / deposit received less than 70 hours before the event are subjected to 15% price increment.
* Customers are required to pay minimum RM 500.00 or 10% ( which higher ) as deposit upon confirmation to lock the slot.
* Customers are required to pay 70% of the total amount upon confirmation of the menu.
* The balance of payment will be collected upon set up.
* Elite Catering reserves the right to not serve all Foods & Beverages items without full settlement upon setup.
* All payment made are not refundable in the event of cancellation of function.
* Customers are advised to hire waiter for setup and clearance of the venue.
* Price stated above do not include wait staff and food transportation. Food transportation is charged according to location.
* Sur-charge / loading fee will be applicable such as shopping complex, condominium or apartment or the venues not at ground floor.
* Broken & missing crockery & cutlery would be charged accordingly.
* We reserve the right to amend the price without prior notice.
