- Orders have to be made at least 5 working days before the event. Orders received less than 5 working days before the event without minimum deposit of 80% including slot booking payment are subjected to 10% price increment.
- Orders received less than 75 hours before the event without minimum deposit of 80% including slot booking payment are subjected to 15% price increment.
- Customers are required to pay minimum 10% of the total amount or RM 500.00 ( which higher ) as deposit upon confirmation to lock the slot.
- Customers are required to pay 80% of the total amount upon confirmation of the menu. The balance of payment will be collected upon setup. All payment made are not refundable in the event of cancellation of function.
- We reserve the right not to serve any foods and beverages without full settlement upon setup
- Our service hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Services outside these hours will incur additional charges (starting from RM 200).
- Price stated above do not include wait staff and food transportation. Food transportation is charged according to location.
- Customers are required to inform us the real number of pax to ensure the event flow smooth and nice.
- Elite Catering is not responsible for providing utensils or crockery for food and drinks not prepared by them. The Client must provide their own utensils and crockery for non-catered items (e.g., desserts, cakes)
- We strongly not encourage the waiter to wash any dirty dishes at the venue to avoid disruption of the main task which is serving dishes, clearing tables and replenish drinks.
- To ensure a seamless event, hiring waiters for buffet catering events is mandatory.
- Waiters will set up buffet tables and utensils, replenish food and tableware, assist with clearing dirty & used items, and dismantle the buffet counter.
- The service duration for food and beverages is up to 4 hours only in accordance with KKM food safety regulations. (not including setup & dismantle).
- Any extension beyond this period is not recommended and shall be at the Client's own risk.
- We are not liable for food quality or contamination if food is consumed after the recommended time, including takeaway food.
- Elite Catering will arrive at the venue 45 minutes to 1 hour before the event for food freshness.
- Setup done more than 3 hours before the event may incur additional charges unless requested by the Caterer.
- Sur-charge / loading fee will be applicable such as shopping complex, condominium or apartment or the venues not at ground floor :
- With lift access: RM 100
- Without lift access: RM 150 per flight of stairs
- The Client must inform the Caterer in advance if the venue is above ground floor with or without lift access. The Caterer will not be responsible for the delay of setup if the venue information is not provided beforehand.
- The Client must provide a covered area for the buffet counter to protect against bad weather.
- Elite Catering is not responsible for food damage due to bad weather if the Client does not provide a covered area.
- Clients are not allowed to serve pork or lard-containing food during the event.
- Elite Catering will not serve alcohol or handle utensils used for alcohol service.
- Elite Catering reserves the right to use disposable utensils if pork or alcohol is served during the event.
- Broken & missing crockery & cutlery would be charged accordingly.
- We reserve the right to amend the price without prior notice.
- Elite Catering is not responsible for damage or injury caused by the Client or their guests.
- Elite Catering is not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.
- Elite Catering is not liable for delays or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
- We are not responsible for any lack of successful events or complaints caused by Client changes within 72 hours.
- We are not responsible for any damages, missing items, or service flow issues for food or beverages not prepared by us.
- We reserves the right to replace out-of-stock items with similar value items.
